What kind of pictures may I use?
You may send us color or B/W photo up to 8" x 10". In addition you may use your children’s artwork, your company logo or your imagination.
Can I send copyrighted photographs?
We cannot reproduce copyrighted photographs without the written permission from the studio or photographer. Please include the release with your order.
Can I personalize my photo gift?
Yes. For a small charge of $1.00, you may personalize your gift with a name, phrase, etc.
May I pay by check?
Yes. Check orders will require additional time for checks to clear, usually 10 days. Charge your order to VISA or MasterCard with no delay.
Is there a limit to file size?
There is no limit to the size file we can print.
How can I be sure I am getting the best product at the best price?
Extensive research and experience has taught us that giving our customers the best products available at the best possible price is the easiest way to keep customers happy and returning for later purchases. All of our products undergo rigorous quality control measures before contracting with our suppliers, and following printing. Nothing leaves our plant without our knowledge that we have made it look as good as it can look. As far as price, don’t take our word for it, surf around a bit and see what our “competition” charges.
Are there any restrictions to graphic content?
Although we vehemently defend the rights of every individual’s freedom of expression, we reserve the right to refuse to print any graphic considered offensive or illegal.
What are shipping costs?
$5.50 for the first item, $2.75 for each additional.
